The Delta Society
DeltaSoc

The Delta Society® is an international information and action center for the interaction of people, animals and the environment.

Goals of the society are:

-Expand public awareness of the positive effects of animals on family health and human development.

-Reduce barriers to involvement with animals in everyday life.

-Increase the number of well-trained service dogs available to people with disabilities.

Pet Partners® is one service program of the Delta Society. This volunteer activity provides training and support to individuals and screening for their pets so that registered human-animal teams may share the physical and emotional benefits of human-animal interactions with people in a variety of settings.

To become a member of Delta Society, individuals need to make a tax deductible donation to the society.
