Delta Society Pet Partner's trains and screens volunteers and their animals for visiting nursing homes, schools, etc. The humans are first trained during a 2 day workshop (or home study).  The Human-Animal Team is then tested at a Skills and Aptitude Evaluation.   LAPP hosts these workshops and evaluations periodically throughout the year.  Information and registration paperwork for upcoming workshops and evaluations can be found at our Workshop & Evaluations  page of this website.
