Sponsor Info & Deadlines

We will be sending sponsors e-mail updates and important event info after we receive your sign-up form and payment. Here are some important dates and deadlines to add to your calendar:

To be included in the printed promotional items, logos must be submitted by - Monday, July 8, 2019. Logos are accepted in *.eps, *.tif, and *.jpg format. Please submit color and B&W logos via e-mail to: DoggieOlympics@colapp.org.

Promotional items for participant swag bags must be submitted by Wednesday, September 11, 2019.

• We will contact you to arrange drop-off of promotional items. 
• We pack approximately 175 swag bags.
• Doggie Olympics is a family-friendly event. NO profanity or implied profanity. NO choking hazards for children or pets. We reserve the right to refuse inclusion in the swag bag for inappropriate items.
• If more than one item is provided to include in swag bags, those items must be combined together with staples, rubber band, string, etc. or put in a small closed bag. If multiple items are not combined, we reserve the right to select only one item to include in swag bag.

On the day of Doggie Olympics, booth setup is from 8 AM to 9 AM. We will have volunteers on hand to help you unload your vehicle and transport items to your booth.
